"Faces of Pfizer" - Employee Orientation

Pfizer Corporation is one of the largest pharmaceutical company in the world, with over 80,000 employees. With so many business units operating worldwide, the company faced considerable challenges in educating employees about the many facets of the business.

The "Face of Pfizer" CD-ROM was an employee orientation tool used to describe in detail the many business units that make up the corporation.

The CD-ROM features background material on the company, presented in animated text, graphics, and video. The core of the CD-ROM features a "Concentration"-style matching game that showcase video clips and support describing the function of each business unit. After the game, there is an instructor-led "speed round" game to help reinforce this knowledge. The CD-ROM was highly successful, and was distributed and used worldwide.
