The ultimate goal for achieving the desired results starts with analyzing and planning. At C-Graphix, our approach to any project is simple and effective. The step by step process gives our clients the comfort of knowing what happens at each step and what our expectations are of the client and what the client can expect from us.

1. Project Analysis
We start the project development process by doing a thorough analysis of your goals and ROI through this project. We gather as much information about the project, the target audience and the best deliverable for your project.

2. Content Acquisition
During the content acquisition phase, we gather all the necessary content needed for your project. This includes company indentity files (logos), staff photos, video footage, etc. We work with you to gather as much existing content that is available.

3. Navigation / User Interface (UI)
During this phase we develop the following:
- Storyboard
- Navigational Structure
- User Interface Design

4. Graphics Production
Once the UI, storyboard and navigational structure are approved, our design team then starts the production process. Here's where the project starts to take shape. The interface is given life, animations are developed to help explain your product and/or service and audio is selected to give the project a complete feel.

5. Testing
DVDs are tested on our assorted number of Consumer DVD players ranging from general consumer level DVD to hi-end DVD players and Computers. Along with testing on in-house DVD players we testing on the latest DVD players in the market.

CD Roms are testing on series of industry standard computers systems ranging from laptops to desktops computers both Mac and PC, depending upon target audience deliverable.

Websites are tested on industry standard web browsers on both the PC and the Mac platforms.

6. Deployment / Delivery
Depending on the type of project we are developing for you, will determine the delivery method.

DVD / CD Rom - when delivering DVDs / CD Roms we provide the master disk from which the client can have mass quantities produced whenever needed. Or we can manage the duplication, packaging and shipping to the locations of your choice.

WEB - when delivering a completed website, we upload to the client's server and insure that all components of the website uploaded properly and hyperlinks are not broken.
